Our standards

How we source and check every claim

Every article begins with published, peer-reviewed studies and recognized public health authorities. We favor systematic reviews, large cohort studies, and dietary guidelines over single studies, and we note when evidence is limited or still emerging.

We do not publish miracle-food claims, detox or cleanse promises, guaranteed weight-loss results, or fear-based food rules. When a question calls for diagnosis or treatment, our articles say plainly that readers should speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

Our principles

What guides our editorial work

01

Accuracy

Claims are tied to named sources, and we revise articles when the evidence changes.

02

Accessibility

We explain nutrients and terms in plain language, without jargon or scare tactics.

03

Kitchen utility

Recipes and tips are built around ingredients people already buy and cook with.

04

Transparent authorship

Writers and reviewers are identified, and affiliate relationships are always disclosed.
